Departure is from Sarviniemi or another agreed location. If departure takes place from a different harbour, the transfer of Rasti-lautta to that location will be included in the billable operating time.

Booking and payment terms
A charter cruise booking is confirmed once the customer has accepted the service provider’s quotation in writing.
The service will be invoiced in accordance with the accepted quotation, and payment is due 14 days before the agreed cruise date. The cruise will only be operated provided that the invoice has been paid by the due date.
Cancellation Policy
If the customer cancels the charter cruise no later than 14 days before the cruise date, any payment already made will be refunded, less any costs that have already been incurred or cannot be cancelled.
If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the agreed cruise date, no refund will be issued. This also applies in cases where the cruise cannot take place due to reasons attributable to the customer.
Service Provider’s Right to Cancel the Cruise
The service provider reserves the right to cancel the cruise due to force majeure. In such cases, the cruise will primarily be rescheduled to a later date in consultation with the customer. Alternatively, any payment already made will be refunded to the customer.
Applicable Terms
These booking and cancellation terms apply to all Rasti-lautta charter cruise services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. These terms form an integral part of the quotation and the agreement.
