Tickets for the Rasti-ferry can be purchased here on Johku Internet service. The ferry's departure and arrival ports and routes are described in the product descriptions.

Customer

The customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions when purchasing tickets and services from this Johku shop. Each passenger must purchase a ticket.

Ticket pricing:

  • Adults 16 years and older

  • Children aged 5-15 years

  • Children 0-4 years (price 0€)

Booking conditions

General terms and conditions

  • The customer is responsible for familiarising himself/herself with the description and guidelines of the destination(s) and the conditions of the booking.

  • The prices shown on the website include VAT.

  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

  • We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions. The customer should consult the current terms of delivery before placing an order.

Booking and entry into force of the booking

  • The Customer shall pay for the booking in accordance with the payment method chosen by the Customer, subject to the terms and conditions of the payment method.

  • The booking system will send a confirmation of payment to the e-mail address provided by the customer.

  • The reservation made by the Customer is binding when the confirmation of payment is sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer.

  • If the payment transaction has not been successfully completed at the time of the order, the Merchant will not process the order.

Trip cancellation for reasons beyond the control of the Merchant

  • The price of the purchased ticket will not be refunded in the event that the Customer is prevented from using the ticket.

Right of the Merchant to cancel the booking

  • In the event of force majeure, the skipper may cancel the operation of the Rasti ferry service by decision of the skipper. The customer will be informed without delay of the problem.

  • The trader will not compensate the customer for any inconvenience or expenses caused by natural conditions such as unexpected weather variations.

  • In the event of cancellation of the service for any other reason, the trader has the right to reschedule the trip or receive a full refund of the ticket price.

Valitukset

  • Mahdolliset valitukset on aina tehtävä mahdollisimman nopeasti aiheen ilmaannuttua.

  • Mikäli asiaan ei saada tyydyttävää ratkaisua tai siihen liittyy korvausvaatimus, tulee valitus lähettää kuukauden kuluessa vuokra-ajan päättymisestä kirjallisesti.

  • Kauppias pyrkii käsittelemään valituksen mahdollisimman nopeasti kuitenkin enintään kuukauden kuluessa.

  • Jos asiakas ja kauppias eivät pääse yhteisymmärrykseen, asiakas voi saattaa riita-asian kuluttajavalituslautakunnan käsiteltäväksi.

Complaints

  • The trader uses Visma Payments (a reliable and secure domestic payment processor) as the payment processor for its services.

  • The Merchant does not store any bank account or credit card details at any time.

  • The Customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the payment method chosen by the Customer.
